What do I need to bring to the ticket table?

• The completed table form -- You must have 10 people to reserve a table.  Groups of less than 10 will be seated together but with another group as well.
• A waiver for every person at the PROM table.  DOWNLOAD the Prom Permission Form - you must have your parent’s signature even if you are 18.  Guests -- from other schools or non-high school students -- must also have a waiver. 

•  A waiver for every person in your group [limit 50 people per group] attending POST PROM.  Download the Post Prom Waiver (you must have your parent's signature even if you are 18.  Guests from other schools or non-high school students must also have a waiver. 
• Be aware - Prom and Post Prom require separate payments:
